He's qualified because: Among the best in the Tri-River Athletic Conference, Hartman then shot a 72 for third in the North Area championships and tied for ninth in the Central Section championships.
He said it: "A very consistent performer. His scores were consistently in the low 70s all year. ... From his freshman year to this year, he's probably hitting it 40 to 50 yards farther. He's a very good ball striker and a very good chipper." – Buchanan coach Greg Funk
