School: Clovis West

Year: Freshman

Record: 24-0 singles; 9-1 doubles

He's qualified because: He captured the Tri-River Athletic Conference singles title but withdrew from the Central Section individual tourney because of a prior commitment.

Team's co-MVP helped lead Golden Eagles to the Division I title, scoring crucial points in singles and doubles during a 6-3 win over Liberty in the final.

"He has a monster career ahead of him," Clovis West coach Bryan Juinio said.

"He has a chance to leave a lasting legacy as the school's, league's and section's best player in boys tennis history."
