Achievements

Dora Garcia was honored as CareGiver of the Year by the Home Instead Senior Care franchise office serving Fresno County. The award recognized Garcia's commitment and service to older adults.

Taj Randhawa, RE/MAX Gold Fresno office, was ranked No. 25 for RE/MAX Worldwide in commercial sales for the first quarter of 2011.

Karen Avenell was top listing agent for April at Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate.

Guy Willias was the No. 1 producer for April for Guarantee Home Loans. Dave Falke and Nick Barayuga were recognized for their April production.

Kaweah Delta Health Care District was named a Valley Air Living Partner by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District.

Lucas Phan was recognized for outstanding customer service in April by US Mortgage Center.

Don Valens' Autobody in Clovis and Pro Auto in Fresno received "green station" recognition from the California Department of Toxic Substance Control in partnership with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Van Beurden Insurance was recognized as a Gold Key Agency by Encompass Insurance. The Gold Key designation is the company's recognition of superior performance.

Michael Robertson of Brooks Ransom Associates obtained his California license as a professional engineer. Robertson has been with the company for more than five years.

Annette Bushman was the top-producing insurance agent in April for Port Royal Insurance

Joni Davis was top-producing loan officer for April at Royal Charter Mortgage.

London Properties announces Aidee Fonseca as employee of the month for April and Dane Wildey as advocate of the month for April. Also, top listing team and top sales team for April was Larry Schrimp; individual top sales went to Michael Garabedian; and individual top listings went to Bobby Ward.

Awards

Bill Brar, Dianna Burgess, Penny Allamprese and Suzie Guluzian of the RE/MAX Gold Fresno office and Greg Holmes from RE/MAX Gold Clovis office were all awarded the Executive Club Award for real estate production for 2010; Gayle Phillips and Manee Mohammed from the Fresno office was awarded the 100% club award.

Kaweah Delta Medical Center honored five of its nurses and awarded the Physician of the Year at its annual nurses banquet. Di Hoffman, RN, received the Structural Empowerment Award; Melissa Filiponi, RN, received the New Knowledge, Innovation & Improvements Award; Lynn Byrd, RN, NICU, received the Exemplary Professional Practice Award; Dan Allain, RN, received the Tranformational Leadership Award; Julio Sanchez, RN, received the Nurse Philanthropist Award; and Dr. Leheb Araim, M.D., received the Physician of the Year Award.

Cedar View Winery in Sanger received a silver medal for there estate grown 2008 Alicante Bouschet from the Riverside International Wine Competition.

The UC Merced Small Business Development Center Regional SBDC Networks small business award winners were: City Wigs, Fresno; Laura Lodge, Coalinga; Navo Insurance, Visalia; Torian Group, Visalia

Al Perry, director of VA Central California Healthcare System, has been honored with the prestigious 2011 Veterans Administration Certified Mentor of the Year Award. Perry is a certified VA Mentor/Coach (Fellow level) in several federal executive development programs.

Michael Hennessy, president and CEO of the Coleman Foundation, was awarded the Vision Award at the Lyles Center's end-of-the-year banquet.
