He's qualified because: Used his superior speed to break free for 16 goals while distributing 10 assists – both team-leading marks – to power Grizzlies.

Helped team receive No. 5 seed in Division I playoffs, where it reached the quarterfinals.

Lomeli was two-year starter, earning first-team All-Tri-River Athletic Conference honors this season and second-team status as a junior.

Plans to play at Fresno City College next season.
