He's qualified because: Won six tournament titles (Norwalk, Bill Martell, Lou Bronzan, Big Valley, First Dream and Parlier) en route to 41-7 record and fourth-place finish in his second appearance at state tournament.

Was second at Central Sequoia League and Sierra/Sequoia Divisionals before placing seventh at Masters.

Has two-year record of 80-11 after going 39-4 and finishing among top 12 at state as a 103-pounder last season.
