He's qualified because: Bouncing back from elbow injury that cut short his junior season and kept him from qualifying for state tournament, he wrestled his way into state finals for second time in three years, where he dropped a 6-3 decision to Clovis rival Daniel Gaytan.

Knoblauch proved he was back by placing second at Reno Tournament of Champions before going on to place second at Doc Buchanan, first at Temecula Valley, first in the Tri-River Athletic Conference, first at Yosemite Divisionals and second at Masters during 36-6 season.

Will wrestle for Grand Canyon University next season.
