She's qualified because: One of the most prolific careers in section history closed with a remarkably quick recovery to injury as she resumed playing 5 1/2 months after ACL surgery – a procedure that often prohibits play for a year.

The repeat Bee All-Star averaged a section-leading 23.4 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.6 steals for a 16-13 team that finished second to Monache for the D-II title.

She closed the books with a 32-point effort in a 66-54 Southern California Regional loss at Harvard-Westlake.

The four-year career numbers for an athlete headed to UC Davis: 2,194 points, 1,046 rebounds, 207 assists, 309 steals and 85-35 record.
