She's qualified because: Lee is half of the Central Section individual doubles tournament champion, teaming with Kathryn Ashford to roll through as the third seed and knock off top-seeded Robin Draper and Sydney Perotti 6-0, 6-3 in the final.

Her record of 14-4 in doubles also included a run to the Tri-River Athletic Conference championship.

All-TRAC selection went 16-2 playing No. 2 singles for D-I team runner-up Bears.

He said it: "She's one of those players who puts it all out there. She just refuses to lose. She does whatever it is she needs to do to win. If it means coming to the net, she comes to the net. If it means staying back, she stays back. She's also a great teammate to the rest of the girls on the team. They really look up to her and respect her because she's willing to work and puts a lot of time in." – Buchanan coach Jonathan Slater
