Vitals: Bullard, sophomore, 100 fly, 100 breast, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay

He's qualified because: Earned two individual medals at Central Section Championships, grabbing silver in the 100 fly (53.24) and bronze in the 100 breast (1:01.41). Also on 200 medley (1:44.40) and 400 free (3:24.25) relays that finished ninth and sixth, respectively. County/Metro Athletic Conference champion in 200 and 500 free, as well as with 200 medley and 400 free relays
