Influenza season peaks each year in February, and the Fresno County Department of Public Health is offering flu shot clinics this week and next.

Shots for H1N1 swine flu also will be available.

Clinics will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis; Thursday from noon to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall on First Street in Fresno; Jan. 26 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the Bear Mountain Library in Squaw Valley; and Jan. 28 from 9-11 a.m. at the Sierra Oaks Senior Center in Tollhouse.

Swine-flu shots are free. Seasonal flu shots cost $4.
