He's qualified because: Repeat Bee All-Star and runner-up to Redwood's Justin Vilhauer as Runner of the Year, Reedy won the Tri-River Athletic Conference (15:26) and Central Section Division I (15:16) titles before blistering a personal record 15:14 for fifth in the state.
He'll run next at Long Beach State.
He said it: "He's been a stud for four years, just a mainstay for the program, and I think he's going to do a lot better in track. He came back as our No. 1 runner and shined pretty much all year. It's a hard thing to be on top all of the time." Bears coach Marty Simpson
