Thunderbowl announces schedule

Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway announced a 13-date season in 2010, starting with the World of Outlaws and ending with the second running of the Pacific Coast Nationals on the 1/3-mile clay oval.

The Outlaws, a national touring winged 410 sprint car series that features Clovis driver Jason Meyers, visits Tulare on March 5-6.

And the Pacific Coast Nationals will be back Nov. 13 with a show featuring the USAC National Midgets, the USAC Nationals and the USAC/CRA 410 sprint cars.

Other highlights are the Trophy Cup for wingless 360 sprints Oct. 22-23, the Golden State Challenge winged 410 sprints April 10 and May 15, the Salute to Indy program featuring the USAC/CRA 410s and the Western States Modifieds on May 30, and the first Tulare Fall Spectacular with the West Coast Sprints wingless 360s and Western States Modifieds on Oct. 1-2.
