Southbound Willow Avenue traffic will be diverted to a northbound lane between Powers and Teague avenues from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting today.

Work also will be done on a traffic signal at the intersection of Willow and Teague avenues. The light will be flashing red while Lasar Construction undertakes street work for AT&T.

Drivers are encouraged to plan their routes or avoid the area.
