He hit .341, scoring a team-high 34 runs, driving in 25 and walking 18 times for a .477 on-base percentage.

And he went 11-1 with a no-hitter, two saves, a 1.69 ERA and 111 strikeouts in 78.2 innings.

He may join teammate J.D. Salles at Fresno State as a walk-on.

He said it: “He really worked hard in the offseason and added 5 to 6 mph on his fastball. He had a dominant season on the mound and at the plate.
