Positions: Forward/midfielder

Need to know: Thompkins battled a hamstring injury much of the season. He returned to full strength for the Central Section Division I playoffs and came up big, scoring in each of the Knights’ three wins. Thompkins scored twice in the quarterfinals against Clovis, once in the semis against Stockdale and headed in the winner in a 2-1 victory over Central for the title.

Thompkins finished his senior season with eight goals and two assists.

“My feeling is that we have not gotten to see what he is fully capable of yet,” Bullard coach Igal Francis said.

Thompkins has signed a letter of intent to play soccer and run track at Westmont.
