Need to know: Made 208 saves during a season that culminated in a 18-save performance in the Miners 6-4 victory over Porterville for the Central Section Division II final.
Falat was named the MVP of the D-II tournament, after gaining first-team All-West Yosemite League honors while helping El Diamante to the title.
Had 642 saves in three-year career that featured back-to-back D-II titles and a runner-up finish in 2006.
The word: She was by far the most valuable player in that pool for us. We would not have had the success we did if Libby was not in that cage.
