Kings County Judge Steven Barnes this morning ordered Dave Hawk to stand trial in the murder of his ex-wife, Debbie Hawk.

The decision came a day after Hawk's girlfriend testified that he was said his legal battles with his ex-wife "aren't going to stop until she was dead."

Debbie Hawk was reported missing on June 13, 2006, when her three children returned to her Hanford home from a weekend visit with their father in Lemoore. Dave Hawk was named a suspect in late 2006, and he was arrested this past May in the murder.

Hawk is being held without bail in Kings County Jail. His arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 29.
