I can't get into some parts of the FresnoBee.com Web site. Why not?

To access all parts of FresnoBee.com, you must become an online member. To do this, visit our User Registration page and fill out the form.

Why do I have to become a member to access your Web site? Are you going to send me lots of spam if I do?

When you register for membership, we can help our potential advertisers better understand our audience by sharing aggregate demographic information, which does not identify you individually. We also may send you occasional member mail regarding FresnoBee.com account changes, new product benefits, special offers and other newsletters.

We won't share your personally identifiable information with a third party without your permission. This means you won't receive e-mails from anyone other than The Fresno Bee and its affiliated Web sites, FresnoBee.com and CentralValley.com, as a result of registering.

I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

You do NOT need to re-register. To retrieve your password, visit the Edit Account page. Click on Recover Password.

Follow the instructions and we will send your password to you via e-mail.

My e-mail address or other information has changed. How do I get that information to you?

To make changes, visit the Edit Account page.

I have a question about membership that isn't listed here. Whom do I contact?

For questions about your FresnoBee.com membership, please contact our member services staff.
