Big Realty in Fresno recently closed the sale of a vacant 8,300-square-foot home in a tony northwest Fresno neighborhood for a cool $2.6 million -- the largest sale so far this year in the Fresno market.
Broker Mark Chu reports that the six-year-old custom estate at 2312 W. Dovewood Lane, near Van Ness Boulevard and Barstow Avenue, sold before it was even officially on the market. The listing agent was Francisco Alvarez.
