When it comes to complying with California traffic laws, the first couple are having a rough fall.

First there were first lady Maria Shriver's cell phone faux pas. Then photographers snapped Shriver illegally parking her Escalade in a red zone.

Now it appears the governor also needs a reminder about the state's traffic laws.

The celebrity gossip hounds over at TMZ have posted several pics of the governor hopping in a Porsche he had left parked in a Beverly Hills red zone.

As noted after Shriver's last parking infraction, the California Driver Handbook prohibits "stopping, standing, or parking" alongside a red curb.

Call Torey Van Oot, Bee Capitol Bureau, (916) 326-5544.

After Shriver was caught driving with a hand-held cell phone, she issued an apology and said she would donate the phone to a domestic violence shelter.

Her husband, however, wouldn't leave it alone, telling a Silicon Valley audience that "some day in the future, you will be developing technology so we can have a hands-free cell phone, even though my wife doesn't believe it yet ... I promised the people I am going to create action and stop her. Of course, this is a no-win situation ... because if I don't create action, the voters get upset. If I do create the action and stop her, then I get no action. So I'm in big trouble."

The Governor's Office had no comment on the family's latest Vehicle Code transgression.
