The Buzz: Schwarzenegger's list for lieutenant governor in flux

As Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger ponders his choice for the lieutenant governor spot, one 2010 "guv lite" hopeful appears to be bowing out of a bid for it. "I'd rather be in the Senate for the next couple of years … if I was going to have to decide right now," Sen. Alan Lowenthal, D-Long Beach, told his hometown paper this week. Meanwhile, Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn seems to be getting closer to launching a run. She's raised $168,000 since opening an exploratory committee in September.
