She’s qualified because: Won the section 400 with a time (55.79) that ranks No. 4 in section history.

Also placed fourth in the section 200 (25.13).

He said it: “This year was definitely the best of the four I’ve worked with her. She started off a lot stronger, pretty much getting personal records from the get-go. I just think she was a lot more serious, a lot more focused. And a lot of it probably had to do with talking to a lot of colleges.
