Vitals: Clovis; Combs, junior; Gilbert, senior

They’re qualified because: Combs and Gilbert teamed to win the Central Section doubles title — downing Stockdale’s Blane Davenport and Pierre Tamer 6-4, 6-4 — and also won the Tri-River Athletic Conference doubles championship.

They went 13-0 this season.

She said it: “They move really well together and cover each other pretty well. And Andrew is very aggressive, so that helps out. And Stephen kind of covers from there.” — Clovis coach Shannon Smith
