Vitals: Buchanan, senior, outfielder

She's qualified because: Offensive catalyst at the top of the order for the Division I champion Bears.

Runge hit .388 with a .425 on-base percentage. She scored 28 runs and stole 13 bases without getting caught.

She was the only outfielder selected to the All-Tri-River Athletic Conference team. Three-year varsity performer.

He said it: “Last year she got real frustrated with her confidence and she was borderline not playing softball her senior year. But she went and worked her tail off.
