Vitals: Central, senior, pitcher

She's qualified because: The Tri-River Athletic Conference’s Pitcher of the Year went 18-6 with a 1.75 ERA and 152 strikeouts in 144 innings.

Opponents hit .217 against her. Also sparked the TRAC champion and Division I semifinalist Grizzlies with the bat, hitting .354 with seven doubles, four triples, nine runs and 20 RBIs.

He said it: “Last year she was an OK pitcher and a good hitter, but she was injured. Then she had a good summer with her travel team and a good fall. She really carried us when there were a few games where we didn’t score many runs and she shut teams down until we got our bats rolling.
