Vitals: Sunnyside, senior, 100 free, 100 back, 200 medley relay, 400 free relay

She's qualified because: Capped her four-year high school career with her fourth and fifth individual section titles.

She posted All-America times while winning the 100 free (51.58) and the 100 back (56.45) less than a year after competing in the Olympic Trials.

The B’nai B’rith award winner will continue her swimming and water polo careers at UC Irvine.

She said it: “She has been such an inspiration to our team, what the next level can do for you. She is their link to the next level of how can I be better. That’s the proof she brings. You can tell a kid all you want to do this and you’ll be good, but [Kelsey] is an example.” — Sunnyside coach Karen Klatt, Kelsey’s mother
